TV adverts anywhere, everywhere.

All around the daily lives of humans, the advert is seen around the corner from the glimpse of an eye. Seen in your house, at restaurants, grocery stores, the mall, or gym ads are all over the place, all over the world. Can’t look anywhere without noticing the next selling point of the next marketing play. The act of occupational marketed to the populace. The wanted desire to be attention-grabbing, notice thinking to get people to see what the fuss of the advert is all about. That could promote or sell a product, service, or idea for consumption for people’s money.

The early efforts of adverts on TV began in the 1940s when a baseball event between the then-Brooklyn Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies occurred that lead to a shakeup in advertising. A single business sponsored the entire show with a sponsor making the announcement before and after the show. By the 1950s, there were nearly all households had a TV where TV networks of sponsors revolutionized commercials in family living rooms or the commercial break. Even early TV commercials had radio ads and visuals of voiceover selling features that did most of the promotion.

Then the Superbowl commercials arrived. The advert titled “1984” was released by Apple, and directed by Ridley Scott.

Innovation of the TV advert that ran during Superbowl 1984, paving the way for ad films, products, and food of their own entertainment. A topic of conversation to trend towards the watching populace. TV adverts still play in every Superbowl to this day. Today, TV adverts have changed creating more ideas/options. With new formats of advertising through the lens of social media and technology. That adverts have always been based on our TV screens. Today are selling ideas from other sources such as social media, influencers, streaming services, and music adverts hoping other people see them on their iPhones, iPods, and laptops instead of just flat-screen TV.

Advertisement is everywhere. You could go to the gym working out to a cardio exercise routine until an advert on your iPhone interrupts the exercise of a 5-second commercial promo about the latest fad, movie, tv, or product happening at the moment. You’ll be driving on the freeway and spot a billboard along the destination. Either it’s promoting a film, product, or service to help people. Could browse the web on various sites spotting little adverts in the corner implying subliminal marketing ploys. Heading to the grocery store inside down the aisles ads will peak your attention.

Mainly what adverts due is the need to always promote their products to be in demand to make a profit. The supply in need of people’s demand. Things change, some things still remain, and technology moves the culture forward giving more opportunities to see adverts anywhere than just a living room space waiting to get back to your regularly scheduled program. To point out adverts are seen as a nuisance. The ad is there at times to the point they become indifferent and ridiculous to many.

In plain sight.

Some adverts seem exciting but others seem boring and finite. All to do with opportunity or the need to promote a product to sell to people to earn a profit.
